Terms of Service

You can browse as a guest, where binders stay on the device you made them on and nothing is stored on our servers. Signing in syncs your binders to your account so they follow you between devices.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Bindy is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.

Bindy is free to use, with limits on how many binders you can keep and which tools are available. Pro lifts those limits. What each tier includes is listed on the pricing page, and it can change as the app changes.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Where you bought Pro is where you cancel it: on the web, through the billing portal in your account settings; on Android or iOS, through the store that took the payment. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves Pro active until the period you have paid for runs out.

A lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled under those stores’ policies, not ours, because the payment was taken by them.

If a payment fails or is reversed, the account returns to the free tier. Binders above the free limit are not deleted; they become read-only until you are back under the limit or subscribe again.

Your binders, layouts and any images you upload remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to display it back to you and to anyone you share it with.

Marking a binder public makes it visible to anyone, including people who are not signed in, and lets it be listed on Explore and indexed by search engines. Making it private again removes it from those places, though copies already cached elsewhere are outside our control.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, hateful, or sexual involving minors. We may remove content that breaks this, and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.

Card images, names, sets and logos belong to their publishers. Bindy displays them so you can plan a collection; it does not claim ownership of them and does not sell them.

Bindy is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Disney, Ravensburger, Bandai, Riot Games, or any other publisher whose cards it can display.

Prices come from third-party sources and are estimates for planning. They are not appraisals, offers, or advice, and they are often out of date. Do not rely on them for buying or selling.

Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other people’s accounts, scrape it in bulk, or resell access to it.

Bindy is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running and to keep your binders safe, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose. Bindy can export a binder to CSV, and that export is yours to keep.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Bindy.

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your binders and personal data. The account deletion page explains what is removed and how long it takes, and the privacy policy covers what we hold in the meantime.

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why first.

These terms will change as Bindy does. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use Bindy after a change means accepting the updated terms, so it is worth a look if the date has moved.
