Delete your account

Open Settings, scroll to the bottom of your account section and tap Delete Account. You are asked to confirm twice, because there is no way back from it.

Open the account menu at the top right of bindydesign.space and choose Delete account, then confirm.

Email bindy.design@gmail.com from the address on the account. We will confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Every binder you own, and the cards and images in them
• Any binders you shared publicly, and their pages
• Your comments, likes and follows
• Your username and profile photo

None of it is retained afterwards. Data cached on your own device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because the subscription is held by whoever you bought it from rather than by us. Cancel it first:

• Bought in the mobile app — cancel under Subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account
• Bought on the website — use Manage Subscription on the pricing page before deleting, or email us

A lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel, but it is not refunded or transferable once the account is gone.

Payment records stay with our payment providers — Stripe for the website, Google Play or the App Store for the mobile app — which are required to retain transaction records for tax and accounting purposes. That obligation is theirs and applies whether or not your Bindy account still exists. We keep no copy of it.
